Bookings & Cancellations
 

Diamond P Bar Ranch will not be held responsible for cancellations of, or failure to provide, all or part of the purchased services or bookings due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: fire, flood, wind, rain, smoke, heat, lightning, road closures, state of emergency shutdowns, pandemic, catastrophic disease of horse herd or other “force majeure” events beyond its control.

 

In the event that Diamond P Bar Ranch must cancel a purchased service or booking due to any of the above circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, excluding any non-refundable initial processing fee and a $25 administrative fee. 
 

To ensure fair access to our services and availability for all clients, appointments at Diamond P Bar Ranch may only be booked up to 30 days in advance.

Booking Policy Details:
 

• Appointments can be scheduled no earlier than 30 days before the appointment date.

• Requests to book appointments more than 30 days in advance will not be accepted.

• Appointment availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Client Cancellations & No-Shows
 

Cancellation fees are based on the amount of notice provided before the scheduled session:

 

• More than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No cancellation fee.

• Between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled session: $25 cancellation fee.

• Less than 1 hour before the scheduled session or failure to attend (no-show): 100% of the session fee will be charged and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling
 

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be accommodated without penalty.

 

Diamond P Bar Ranch reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
